From One Market to Many
The Strategic Inflection Point: From National Operations to Global Leadership
A Renault project led to the acquisition of my company and a move to Paris to lead multiple European markets.
After several years in the gambling and marketing industries, I founded my own marketing company and secured major contracts with British American Tobacco and McDonald's. The pivotal moment came when I won an international project for Renault, a project that led to my company's acquisition by a global firm and my transition into executive leadership.
Suddenly, I was responsible not for one country, but for multiple markets across Europe. I moved to the headquarters in Paris, overseeing performance across several countries, managing cross-functional teams, and shaping strategic direction rather than executing tasks. It was the moment I shifted from operational excellence to strategic leadership.
This inflection point defined my executive identity: leading multinational teams, driving commercial strategy, managing P&L, and building scalable systems. It laid the groundwork for future roles in diagnostics, biotech, AI-enabled healthcare, and global health systems, where cross-border leadership, strategic oversight, and partnership governance became central to my work.
