Speaking to 2,000 Executives
The Moment I Learned to Influence at Scale
Presenting to 2,000 global Škoda executives in Montenegro taught me that executive communication is about influence.
I had already appeared on TV, given interviews, and spoken at conferences of 100-200 people. But the defining moment came at an international Škoda conference in Montenegro, where I presented to 2,000 global executives, top management from every region.
My role was to explain customer behavior, expectations, and the full customer journey. Standing in front of thousands of senior leaders, I realized that executive communication is not about speaking, it's about influencing. It requires clarity, confidence, narrative structure, and the ability to translate insights into strategic action.
This moment shaped how I communicate with Ministries of Health, NGOs, hospital networks, CROs, CDMOs, and enterprise partners. It taught me how to deliver insights that drive decisions, build alignment, and mobilize stakeholders. This skill later became essential in national screening programs, AI-enabled diagnostic adoption, and global commercialization strategy.
